This is a very small piece of technelogy. If you are always on the go then this is the computer for you. If you are looking for a laptop for the home you'd be better parting with an extra hundred pound and getting something a lot more powerful. One noteable up-side of this machine is that it has a long battery life. When sitting infront of it the screen always seems bigger than the 10 inches it is. The wireless connection from this machine isn't all that great and it takes a while for it to get going after turning it on. Personally i dont own one but if i was to get one id be expecting to pay a lot less than the $300 asking price.

After months of research information and visits to shops to see this new category of mobile PCs, I decided to buy this Acer Aspire One. Now months apart they are fully satisfied and convinced.
In my humble opinion is very light, takes up less space than a quasi agenda, excellent reception of Wi-Fi networks, the screen can be seen very well and has some nice color, the keyboard is large and comfortable with the keys.

In my then 11.6-inch screen is perfect, I did not even throw on new 12 "because for me the show is precisely that it is small and I do not feel the slightest lack of standard laptop type 14/15 inches . The unit is also equipped with wi-fi, very useful to be able to use the home or office network without having to plug the network cables (still available thanks to the Ethernet port on your laptop) and a web cam with microphone.

At first I was a bit 'skeptical on buying this product because of the lack of a CD / DVD player, today is not essential but is very useful for burning data to be transferred (in addition to any program or to install or play movies).

Apart from this small flaw can be addressed by any external module (which in any case it would ruin the convenience of an article so compact), after months of use we are extremely satisfied.
